Who helps make this happen?
Jennifer 8. Lee
I produce things
Jenny is a documentary producer and big film enthusiast. Formerly a reporter at the New York Times, she is now a vice chair of the Unicode Emoji Subcommittee and runs Plympton, a literary studio that does lots of things including providing literary short stories from well-known writers to Amazon. She first attended Sundance in 2006 with the hope of turning her book into a documentary — which worked out rather well in the long run! She is the producer of The Search for General Tso, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and the upcoming Picture Character. The Queen of Woodside, she is a benevolent leader and loves nothing more than enabling creatives.
(P.S. Jenny did not write her bio.)
